When we make a promise, we do our best to keep it. We will learn whatever tools and technologies needed to get the job done. The motto is effort, not excuses. And if the job needs some extra elbow grease to get done on time, we have caffeine and MREs (our field teams are really equipped with 24-hour rations and ready for long-haul shifts). You will be invited to go through our work orders like a checklist to ensure we didn’t miss anything.

Some of the top complaints hiring consultants is runaway project costs and unexpected line items that you as the customer would have expected to hear upfront. We know, we’ve been on the receiving end in the past, and that frustration is what got us started.
When we do a Scope of Work document, we clearly outline the deliverables and an hours estimate. You will NOT pay more than our estimate to achieve those deliverable results. If your needs change, no worries, we also know that happens all the time. We have a streamlined and easy extension and amendment process that can get you a contractually guaranteed scope change in just a few hours.

It’s a common adage that finding an honest mechanic that does quality work is an adventure. Well, the adventure is over! We stand by our work and leverage AI correctly – only to assist in ensuring our work was done to the utmost level of quality, or to learn what we don’t know already to make us better and more efficient in the future.
Your in-house team will have the opportunity to review our work, or you’re welcome to bring in an extra set of eyes. We will take all feedback into serious consideration, as experience has taught us that constructive feedback like “why didn’t you do it this way” will lead to at least one party learning something new – and that can be us. If it turns out there was a great idea to make a higher quality output, we’ll make it happen.
Proper documentation
Another life lesson learned from years in the business. If you have no documentation, your initiative will have a short lifespan, or a lifespan tied to one or two employees. When we build something for you, we give you all our notes, diagrams, and if requested, we’ll even record training videos based off live sessions with your team, to ensure we’re using lingo known to your company. Our security incident paperwork is proven to be usable and successful in legal and insurance claim purposes.
